It is great source of fat. It is NOT raw.

It sounds right. I never went out of ketosis when using coconut
milk, so I am assuming the label is correct.

Yep - rich source of medium chain triglycerides. Caprilic acid (8
carbons) is a good antifungal, monolauric acid (12, me thinks) is
a good anti-viral (specifically anti herpes-like viruses).
