In an island with the highest concentration of vegetarian in Canada, i had
to rely on my self taught skills and did the job of deguting ,skinning,
cutting, drying ,extracting bone marrow,  brains  (thank you the peoples
from the list who gave me tips ), organs (specially the precious adrenals
and thyroid for me ), ,  without  elegance...
