First: to the list, sorry about forgetting to turn off my signature. and
accidentally positn private messages to the list. I is dumb sometimes.
Now, for Ketosis:
I've learned that drugs like zocor can inhibit your entry. But if you are
having difficulty:
1. No carbs - period
2. Fat to Protein ratio: 70% fat, 30% protein (by calorie)
3. Try calories at 12 x your bodyweight in pounds
With this you will enter ketosis. Unsurprisingly, saturated fat works
better to drive you into ketosis.
