I've been told that spelt contains gluten. My wife is now on a gluten-free
diet, having recently been diagnosed with celiac disease. (That's quite a
pain, since I'm milk-free and soy-free and our oldest son is
milk/egg/nut-free !).

What's the scoop on spelt - does it contain enough gluten to be a problem
for those with celiac? How about other grains? I know that oats are a
questionable item.
