Dear List members:

I asked recently about cheese and got so many responses - the basic
response was that I should not use pre-shredded cheese - to buy blocks
and shred myself.

Also that Cabot and some Sargento cheeses are gluten free. The
pre-shredded are sometimes dusted with flour. Also that I may have
other food allergies or am lactose intolerant. I hope not, I know some
of you are. Thanks so much - now one more question - at least for now.

I recently started taking Solgar vitamins which I have been told are
gluten free by the company and their web site. I started taking these
about the same time as I had the cheese. I really haven't felt good the
whole time I have been taking the vitamins - I really want to be able to
take a multi - vitamin. I did not take it today and do feel some
better. Now I am really unsure as to what to do. Any suggestions?

Does anyone out there take a vitamin and have no reaction? Thanks in
advance for everyone's help.
