It's as if the drive light has come on, but

When I installed Win98se on my P133 this happened to me. I know that I had
Power Management turned off in the Bios. So after fumbling around I found
Power Management in Win98 under settings>Control Panel>Power Management. I
changed the hard drive setting to Never. and my drive quit going to sleep.
Is there some other setting that I have neglected on the primary IDE
>(HDD and Zip?). Is there some change I need to make in the Setup? Can
