Hi -
Is it possible that your son is consuming dairy protein that's hidden
in some other food? I assume you're reading labels; have you checked
that his favorite foods haven't changed ingredients recently?
The other possibilities are a change in the degree of tolerance for dairy;
perhaps he can't handle cross-contamination any more (for example), or
he may have developed another allergy (in which case you need to start up
a food diary. Sigh.)
I hope these suggestions help,m
