This list has been a blessing for me in the last couple days as I read the
information you share with each other. Ive just recently figured out my
extreme LI and have been thankful for all the points and tips Ive read about.
I do have a question if anyone is able to answer. What is Lactic Acid? Im
seeing it in many foods that claim to be lactose free so Im assuming that its
not a lactose product, or is it? And what do you do when you have a major
chocolate craving? Im sure Im only craving it because for the most part, I
cant have it. Figures. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
