I am a 23 year old girl who has had a milk intolerance for 4 years now and
also has to avoid caffeine and tannin (tea flavouring). I was only
diagnosed earlier this year.
At present I am struggling to find foods that are suitable for my diet. I
would be grateful for any help that you can offer and would be willing to
share the knowledge and small amount of recipes I have at present.
I would also like to now how to deal with the abdominal spasms, cramps,
bloating and nausea that comes with this sort of thing. I also have
irritable bowel syndrome which doesn't seem to help!!!
Are their any tablets that you can take to reduce the levels of stress and
to relieve the above?
Any help or knowledge would be greatly appreciated.
