I've had a couple of questions, so I thought I would clarify what we did
when we went to Disney.  We did call ahead.  Most of the restaurants
recommend calling 24-48 hours ahead, so they will be sure to have
something there.  I chose to make all my calls before I left home.
Also, they provided the GF food--they did not cook something I brought
them.  I think the key with Disney is making sure you give advance
notice.
