Hi
   I wanted to make a comment on Taco Bell.  I have a list of their
products from over a year ago--so it may be outdated.  But anything that
contains the ground beef (tacos, Nachos Bell Grande etc.) is not gluten
free as apparently they use it as a thickener in their meat sauce.  My
son orders Nachos Bell Grande with no meat, or tostadas, and of course
their pinto beans and regular nachos are okay also.
