i oppose this. it adds more bvearucracy to an already overloaded paratransit
system.  i just want to get where i am going and if people are not registered
to vote it's their own darn fault. you can call the registrar of voters, you
can pick up forms at the post office.  no, if people want to vote they
register, obviously if ppl r not registered they don't want to.Opps, soap box
is crashing...............

another thing; how can there be a 'surplus' if we still have a deficit?   pls
somebody explain it,, in private..
