To newcomers and those who showed interest in camping out on the open
air for good acoustical music, bluegrass festivals are cropping up
again like dandelions. My personal favorite, formerly known as
"Winterhawk", now called "Grey Fox" is scheduled for July 12-16, as
usual in Ancramdale, NY. Don't be confused...what is now called
"Winterhawk" is a different venue and lineup, not nearly, in my
opinion as tried and true as "Grey Fox". Check it out for yourself
at www.greyfoxbluegrass.com.
Ken, see you there again this year?

P.S.
To anyone inclined to go to Augsburg, Germany for Keim seminars, be
prepared for pork three meals a day, plus a carb rich diet of beer,
potatoes, beer, dark bread and beer. But you'll come away with a
vocabulary wihich includes, "potassium silicate" (waterglass),
"diffusion resistancy", "silicate acid ester", "hydroscopic salts",
"bonding bridge", and a half dozen dirty limericks with the word
"putz" in them. (Putz is the German word for plaster, and contrary
to intuition, it's a feminine noun.)
P.P.S.
Greetings back to you Ken from Ulrich.
