Downloading is not always an option for all on BP. If you are in digest mode,
which some elect in order to minimize the confusion of 60 e-mails, you may
get the entire download as gibberish. There are BP'rs who have NO capacity
for graphics and are running strictly text systems. If the graphics were
relatively small and infrequent it is a hassle at best. At 2+ Meg per shot it
is WAY too much.

The other option, we raise enough money to buy everyone on BP a graphics
capable system & cable modem, including subscription & phone line charges.
Yeah, right.
