Christopher,

My apology. I assume, unless informed otherewise, that everyone can open a
graphic. Heavens, I need now resort to explaining a joke.

Word picture: sitting in a Westchester garage, at what may or may not be the
oldest concrete house in America, there are four bags of Norval white cement
piled one atop the other. Brown paper, blue letters, 94 lb. Portland cement
bags. I imagine they have several twins in the warehouse in Queens that they
last visited before arriving here in a black van. Would you like for me to
lift one now? Oops, I'm a bit clumsy. We now have a small pile of white
cement on the concrete floor and my aching back muscles.
