I think you are referring to Phillipse Manor in Yonkers. It is a New York
State Historic Site- a great 18th C manor house with a fantastic Rococo
ceiling in the main parlor. The site Director is Dr. Alix Schnee, a very
engaging and intelligent person. Give her a call. Tell her I said hello.
