I suggest you contact the Chicago Architecture Foundation (CAF) in Chicago
RIGHT NOW because they have an exhibit up about all the Sears Houses in
Downers Grove, IL. They show plans, advertisements, and photographs of the
existing homes. I am sure the CAF can put him in touch with the historian who
put the exhibit together. Good luck! Fun topic.
