I use an HP 500 at the office attached to my PII-450 NT4 machine. The same
printer was used on my previous PC, a P100 Win95, and the one before that, a
386-33 Win3.1. In each instance the default HP Deskjet 500 driver caused
errors. I found the HP Deskjet Plus driver to work well in all instances.
