Most of the extra cooling products I know of require either a slot (his are
all full) or a 5-1/4" drive bay (since he has both CD and CD-R, he probably
hasn't a spare).
He *might* get lucky. When my 386 was overheating, I discovered a case fan
near the speaker that had simply never been connected to power. My most
recent cases have all had some place where it was relatively easy to mount a
12v fan and power it off a drive lead. But if the system is too crowded,
that may indicate that there's no suc space, or there may not be room to use
it.
