I think the problem here is a lack of consensus among the owners as to
what the goals are.

One of your cousins should sell her share to the other two, if only to
preserve family harmony.

If family harmony is beyond repair, and cooperation is really lacking,
there is a legal remedy.  Any one of a set of joint owners can sue to
force the property to be sold, with proceeds of the sale to be distributed
to the joint owners according to their shares in the property.  Of course,
the buyer can be one or more of the former joint owners.

Consult an attorney in your area if this becomes necessary.
