Jim;  If I may recomend a fellow preservationist;  Steve Kelly WJE Chicago
travels and lectures several times a year on preservation in the Soviet
Union; he is currently on the Nebraska State Capital where if I may add a
plug is being delicately cleaned by the gommage system.Finally the Stone
Guild here has an American born Russian speaking masonry specialists with
embassy background clearances as project managers should that interest you.
