Lin is correct about manufacturers.  We should constantly call them.  Those
customer service reps keep logs of what the calls are for. Obviously, if they
get frequent calls about gluten they will think twice about putting it in
their products.  Incidentally, I always tell the company there are rumors
about their product containing gluten circulating on the internet and I
wanted to check it out.
