Well, if you find out please let me know - I'm one of them!  As I've stated
before, when I have eaten red meat my LDL cholesterol has climbed
dramatically.  I too am trying a little experiment:  including red meat in
my diet, but increasing the Omega3 fatty acids.  They've already helped with
inflammation.

Time will tell...
