The edifying site says:
>3 Your body produces three to four times more cholesterol
>than you eat. The production of cholesterol
>increases when you eat little cholesterol and decreases when you eat

>much. This explains why the prudent diet cannot lower cholesterol
>more than on average a few per cent.

I collect:
- Dietary cholesterol input insn't what elevates body cholesterol
- Some dietary properties increase body cholesterol
these diets are regarded as unhealty by many scientists
so cholesterol may be just an indicator of a health risk in the diet

- todays hunter and gatherers seem to have low cholesterol
- some paleodiet implementations produce high cholesterol
so these paleodiet implementations are indicating an implementation
that differs in its effects (at least) from todays h/g cultures
