Re:  Opening the oven and doing Rachels hand test of cooking meat
every five minutes may result in an overcooked hand :-(
Can the same test be used to test the weat-testing hand with
the other hand (on the dangling arm)?  :-)

Ooops!  Sorry, burned Hans? or,Burned Hands? The test was for steaks in a
skillet, not roasts in the oven.  I use a thermometer in the oven and my
eyeballs to test for doneness for burgers or meatballs in a skillet!  Raw is
easiest; no testing, no burning possible!
