Actually they are from Ann Louise Gittleman's book
"Your Body Knows Best".   There is a questionnaire in the
book, but I think the best determination is the one you make:
How do you feel after a high-fat meal low-carb? a high-carb low-fat
meal?
Some people are what one might term 'middle burners', too.  They can
eat a variety of foods and do well.

I'm a fast burner.   Carbos are gone in a flash and I'm famished again.
High fat meals  (even small ones) fill me up and keep me going a long
time.
