I've been eating raw for about four weeks with great success. I'm a diabetic
and was very excited when I read in Aajonus's book about unheated honey
acting as insulin and increasing pancreatic function.
My honey arrived today. Before I ate it, my blood glucose was 136 mg/dl.
After eating about 1/4 cup it was 236 mg/dl. A rise of 100 mg/dl!
This is pretty drastic! has anyone else ever has success using unheated
honey to help diabetes?
Has anyone experienced a lessening of diabetic complications on the
raw diet?
