I USED to too SOME weight trainning. I guess I could
get back into it, but I find it hard to get
motivated... And it seems UNnatural to lift a bar with
heavy metal. WHATEVER -- I'm willing to do what is
BEST... These days the Paleodiet is working. I
consider martial-arts Paleo. Now, as for strengh
trainning, I'm just doing things on my own weight --
Push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, dips... Basically 'till
failliour or 5sets/12reps
I dunno. Is that enough? I can't tell, I'm still
healing from surgery, but that's my plan.
