I have found that if I restrict my fruit intake that I
am able to lose weight. When I first got on the paleo
WOE, the weight fell off, seemingly overnight. I have
lost 30 pounds and the weight loss has slowed, but I
feel thinner, even though I am not losing as much
weight (muscles toning, building as opposed to fat
stores????). I drink 1 1/2 glasses of orange juice
(gotta have it) with breakfast and I have 1-2 pieces
of fruit with dinner. I eat a large salad for lunch.
