Todd,  I printed off your recipe and we made up a big batch a few weeks ago
and I did like it;  It kept for the better part of a week until we finished
it;  next time I will make less in that it became a lttle tiresome;  but to
have it for a few days every month or so is a great way to get the veggie
and fiber servings in a most convenient manner.  Rick
