I personally have greatly appreciated the bargain hints forwarded to the
list. I am enjoying my free gallon of olive oil, and actually purchased another
besides. Very fruity and delicious oil!

The following two bargains are only indirectly on-topic(research HGs in the
Olde Country? Browse the British Museum for Paleo wisdom?), but they're so
good that I wanted to share.

The first is a deal for $99 (each way + tax) fares to London on
British Airways, only available until 24 September,
from various US gateway cities. See
http://www.smarterliving.com/deal_alert/air/19990922a.html or go directly to
www.british-airways.com

The other offers similar savings with additional stopovers available in other
European cities at bestfares.com, also onl
y until Friday. However, this
oufit requires a "subscription" (about $60 USD) to actually book. Read the
pros and cons of the outfit at www.frommers.com in the travel bargains forum section before you decide to join up.

Happy Trails,
Kathleen M.
