So what is "paleo" and what is not? If You eat the seeds as they are
it might be "paleo" apart from the fact that sunflower is from the
new world, and we are not. To have enough to make several meals from it
You need more than a stick and a stone.
If we define "paleo" as everything that is not grains, diary or beans,
then it is ok.
