Mary, I found that when I added olive oil (about 3 tbs. per day)to my diet, my skin became much
less dry. I put it on salad, cook eggs scrambled with spinach and green chiles
in it (my usual breakfast), and saute/steam veggies in it too. You might also try
adding some oily fish (like salmon) to your diet. BTW, why don't you eat vegetables? Is this a
weight loss approach to Paleo?
