Pemmican of course is the ideal food. Matter-of-fact it is all you need.

I consider them the worst source of information. The believe that what they
are taught is the infallible truth. And their organization takes lots of
funding from the food industry. They are nothing but spokespeople for the
food business.

The author of this study is T. Colin Campbell, a staunch vegetarian. The
conclusion he gave the study is not backed up by the data he collected. But
he had to have a conclusion in sync with his views. This was discussed in a
Price-Pottenger Nutritional Foundation newsletter a while back, and also on
