This sounds like you have an intolerance food or two here.  I suggest
dropping the rice, beans and almonds for a while and adding them back one at
a time to see if you react to them when added back to your diet.  Something
in your diet is causing the fatigue.  Some are intolerant to olives/oil,
walnuts, chicken, beef.  It could be any number of things but the above
three are big culprits.  Have you had tests done?  How much fat are you
getting?  Could be low on fat..... Fat is essential for hormones.  Saturated
fat too!..........    Drop the ghee too.      It's still dairy.  I'm about
out of ideas.  How's your blood sugar?    In answer to your last question,
yes, especially if you have an intolerance to them.   Sorry so quick, in a
