Has anyone else in the group had nutrient levels in their blood checked
since eating paleo? Our celiac son just had a work-up after a few months of
paleo eating, and his B12 and folic acid levels are so high that they want
to know what on earth I've been doing to him. Is this normal on this diet?
I wonder if the traditional ranges for B12 and folic acid in the blood are
actually low, and if a healthy paleo person can be well above the range
without any harm. Thanks.
Kerry
