I've heard this many times by now, and it certainly sounds plausible,
but I think an important question for someone in Marcia's position is: how
long do you give your body to adjust in this way before concluding that
something's not optimal about the diet itself? In your case it was 3 weeks.
For other people (to pick a well-known testimonial, Ray) it happens much
more quickly.
Any thoughts? Are there any references to clinical info on this "enzyme
change-over"?
