Yes, dried fruit is high carb but I don't think I'm overloading. My overall
food intake is about 60% meats & fish, 25% fresh fruits/veggies, and 15%
dried fruit and nuts. I drink only water, tea or orange juice with an
occasional cheat for a good red wine. I've lost 40 lbs this way, stabilized,
feel great, and don't workout. I've been eating like this nearly two years
now. "Skeeters" still love me though!
