Ah, this is a perfect illustration of the difference between an
actual paleodiet and one that is based on an abstract conception
of a paleo diet, such as "meat only." This is why the details
matter and it is why those, like myself, who are either careless
about them or don't care to eat eyeballs, brains, and liver
should consider supplements.
