Here's another thought on skipping breakfast before a workout....... I
occasionally use a personal trainer at the gym... no HE says that if I
don't eat prior to working out, I will burn more fat during my workout.
He also said, as I lose weight, and get close to my goal weight, I will
want to start eating something light prior to a workout. He's basically
saying if your overweight and skip breakfast before working out, you will
burn more calories. I don't know if it's true or not, but perhaps one of
the specialists on the list can comment.
