Military advisors are the best at what they do.  Anyway they act, the
outcomes are already known.

Commenting on Kosovo, one military advisor for Clinton said "We don't think
Milosevic will sign, we just hope to degrade his military and give the KLA a
fighting chance."

Similar actions were taken in Bosnian, NATO bombs, Bosnian and Croat Armies
move in.  The KLA aren't as big, but Kosovo isn't either.
