Hi...
i live near bellingham and recently took a tour of the omega nutrition
plant.  it's immaculate and it's products are very high quality.
but you're correct, omega nutrition's coconut butter isn't raw. however,
the oils are pressed at low temp and are raw.  i had a taste of flax
right off the press and it was less than 90 degrees.
