  Tod,
  There is a difference between training weight lifting, and body building
lifting. In body lifting, you do the same number of reps., and increase the
weight over time. This makes large bulky muscle. When you train lift, you
increase the number of reps., and keep the weight the same. This produces
leaner, denser and faster muscles, used in the art or sport of fighting.
Muscle without bulk.
