Grass allergy is usually for *pollen* and that is not necessarily the
same as proteins as in the seed. In the case of birch allergy it is often
the fecals of mite living in the pollen that is the cause of allergy, and
it *might* be the same with grass allergy, or something other.
I think You simplify things here, bur perhaps You can refer to scientific
research supporting Your ideas.
