I think there might be something wrong with your database. The USDA
database lists 100 grams of Iceberg Lettuce as having 82.5 mcg of Vitamin A
and 140 mcg of Folate.
Also, please compare in the table below the difference between Iceberg
lettuce and Cos lettuce. The Cos contains twice as much of many nutrients,
with nearly 10 times more Vitamin A and Folate!
