Whenever the issue of lighting comes up at my job, the
full-spectrum lighting thing comes up,,,its supposed to
keep stress down, and keep people on more of an even
keel...apparantly having just one type of lighting (on one
end of the spectrum) constantly, is supposed to affect
us negatively,,,I asked a rep once from a lighting company
what the difference was....full spectrum lights have every
color in the glow, although we don't see it...he also
commented that the most affective color for stress
reduction was blue.....gee,,,thats a shock....
(this was years ago, no doubt the science is even better
now).
