Hi,
allergists often put people on an exclusion diet to identify their
sensitivities, eg to amines, salicylates, preservatives, etc. These diets
usually revolve around boiled rice which isn't paleo.

Obviously preservatives aren't paleolithic by defintion, but amines,
salicylates etc are found in a lot of foods. Is there paleolithic exclusion
diet for people who suspect food allergies?
How does the paleodiet stand with food component allergic people?

Thanks in advance
Ben Balzer
