Thanks for all the replies about refined foods. I appreciated them all
especially those that agreed with me. :)
The girl (15 yrs) who cooked the Kraft Dinner (and clogged up my sink with
noodles) had said to me once before, "I believe everything you say about
diet, I just DON'T CARE."
I have another question.
When I have to sit for long periods of time, I get Restless Leg Syndrome.
I eat the Paleoway. What could I do to alleviate this? What foods would be
helpful or harmful?
