My DH just lost 35 pounds by eating basically 1 meal a day - he eats
some fruit for breakfast, then doesn't eat again until dinner - he's
pretty hungry by then, but he doesn't mind being hungry. He eats
pretty much a paleo diet. I was thinking it wasn't good for him to do
this, but he maintains that our paleolithic forbears did not have 3
regular meals a day and undoubtedly had to go without food sometimes.
What do you all think - is this a healthy way or not?
