Use the sticks until you get a feel for it. Start off gradually each day
until you end up eating carnivore, for 2-3 days. Remember how much
carbs(vegetables) you were eating just before ketosis. The only things
you'll notice is the odor, and your weight loss will start again. The odor
will be less noticeable if you drink lots of water, which also keeps you
from dehydrating.
